What You’ll Do:

• Give every morning a magical start by welcoming our guests with warmth, energy, and a smile that outshines the sunrise.
• Lead and inspire your breakfast team, setting the tone for exceptional service and a lively, upbeat atmosphere.
• Oversee the smooth running of the breakfast service—from perfect buffet presentation to seamless à la carte orders.
• Jump in where needed, whether it’s taking orders, serving guests, or lending a hand in the kitchen.
• Keep service standards sky-high by coaching your team and ensuring every guest receives genuine, heartfelt care.
• Monitor quality, presentation, and cleanliness so every plate, cup, and corner meets our high standards.
• Handle any guest requests or challenges with grace, leaving them with a lasting positive impression.
• Be the visible, approachable leader on the floor, making connections with both guests and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or shift leader in the Food & Beverage industry, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• A true passion for hospitality with the creativity, flair, and leadership to make every breakfast service unforgettable.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay cool and collected under pressure.
• A sharp eye for detail—you notice the little things that make a big difference.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays—because our guests love breakfast every day.
• The stamina and energy to be on your feet, leading from the front and keeping the service buzzing.
