Jouw Rol in Ons Verhaal:

• Houd een waakzaam oog op veiligheid via 70 bewakingscamera's en zaken aan zoals verloren eigendommen, brand, diefstal, inbraak, ongevalpreventie, sleutelbeheer en het handhaven van de huisregels.
• Begrijpt en implementeert veiligheids- en beveiligingsprocedures, geeft advies over veiligheidsrisico’s en onderneemt doortastende acties tijdens evacuaties of noodgevallen.
• Werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, biedt en ontvangt ondersteuning waar nodig. Werkt samen met een team van 5 beveiligers tijdens verschillende diensten.
• Blijft kalm in stressvolle situaties, neemt het voortouw bij noodgevallen, problemen en storingen. Coördineert en rapporteert gebeurtenissen snel.
• Wij geven prioriteit aan jouw groei en ontwikkeling. Sluit je bij ons aan en ontdek de functie van Hotelbeveiliger/Beveiligingsmedewerker, waar jouw carrière en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Wat Wij Zoeken:

• 1 jaar relevante ervaring als Hotelbeveiliger en/of in het bezit van een MBO Beveiliger 2 diploma
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om rustig te blijven onder druk.
• Bewijs van goed gedrag (VOG)
• Flexibiliteit om verschillende diensten te werken, waaronder nachten, weekenden en feestdagen.
• Vloeiend Nederlands is vereist; Engelse taalvaardigheden zijn een pluspunt.
