Do you want to make your dreams come true? Then, could you show you can make this challenge? You are being prepared to become a GM. But who is Faralda: We’re not Mainstream. We sell a dream. The biggest DJs play in the crane here. 

Our guests expect the best service. Premium brands do their activation there. That doesn't come out of the blue.

We worked hard on it, but now you have finished it! Then that dream job awaits you with challenge, excitement, and unprecedented possibilities. The crane will be your platform, with a future, and associated responsibility and compensation.

But it won't come easy to you. Objectives must be achieved. Service must be provided. And all within schedule.

You determine the targets and planning together with us. You will receive an excellent reward. But first show what you're worth, because we've had it with whiners who think they can get their money. 

• You are able to work independently.
• You have at least HBO
• Are you persistent and ambitious?
• Do you have a degree in Hotel School, Marketing, Economics or similar?
• 38+ hours to be completed, but no 9 - 5 mentality.
• You will be well guided.

COMPENSATION:

1 month of project-based work and achieving targets. You will receive compensation of €2000

If you achieve the targets, an attractive bonus awaits you. This shows that you are committed to it and that you are able to achieve the expected objective: Fixed compensation with growth to € 8,000 (with bonus)

This bonus grows proportionally to hotel, music and corporate related turnover.

A choice is made on the basis of Knowledge, Skill and Personality.

Who best fits the profile and who is able to collaborate with Faralda Crane Hotel in accordance with the (financial) proposal?

These principles must be clear during the application and in the procedure. That is why we ask for motivation.

A choice will be made from candidates before the beginning of May. Work to start around: May 10, 2024

Before you start, you have mastered the PMS + OTAs systems (1-2 days).

A Trainee ship will follow from May 10. All activities described are picked up.

You will be introduced to all activities within the company, including the Corporate & Music events.

You will be well supervised, but you are expected to independently acquire skills and knowledge and achieve targets.

You show whether you can deliver what you promise.

Sales, Emails, Customer Contact, Administration etc

• You ensure that housekeeping and maintenance are in order.
• Optimizing services, internal processes and procedures.
• (Co-)responsible for revenue retention and growth.
• (Co-)responsible for devising and executing planned events
• Maintain and optimize OTAs - sales channels
• Handling requests/bookings
• Thinking along with the Social Media team
• All common activities
• Last but not least: Term, quality, budget control
